We kick off the Effective Impact Mentoring Program by centering on the most important driver of your leadership journey — you. In this session, we’ll explore your core values, clarify what you truly want from your career, and dig into the “why” behind it. This reflective groundwork sets the tone for a powerful arc of growth throughout the program. We’ll also walk through the structure of the mentoring experience, establish shared norms, and set expectations to make the most of our time together. We'll wrap with a relaxed happy hour — a chance to build authentic connections with the cohort from day one.
