Owning Your Strengths – Leveraging What You Do Best
Building on the self-awareness work from Session 1, this session dives into your Clifton Strengths Finder results to help you identify and own what you naturally do best. Our expert facilitator will guide a dynamic conversation on how to apply your strengths in the workplace, contribute more effectively to high-performing teams, and position yourself for leadership opportunities that align with your talents.
We’ll also introduce a personal tool to help you track your impact throughout the program and beyond: a Success & Contribution Tracker. This fillable spreadsheet is designed to help you document your achievements, note the strengths you’re using, and build a ready reference for future promotion conversations, performance reviews, or networking moments.
We’ll also shift from reflection to connection - the session will conclude with a happy hour joined by Executive Alliance members and cohort mentors, followed by a dinner designed to spark connection between mentors and mentees. Over the next month, you’ll also meet one-on-one with the Strengths facilitator for individualized coaching on how to apply your top strengths with intention and confidence.
