Executive Alliance brings together ambitious women of all levels to our "In the Room Mentoring" event, a natural progression from our Effective Impact Mentoring Program. This dynamic initiative harnesses the expertise and networks of influential female leaders, offering invaluable one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to expand their networks during an open breakfast reception before the program begins. Featuring our “celebrity” mentor, Mollie Byron, Appointments Secretary for the State of Maryland, the program will start with a panel discussion on “Building your Network.”
