Honor Roll

Annually, Executive Alliance analyzes the representation of women at the highest levels in Maryland’s companies through its Annual Census Report.

Our Honor Roll designation highlights publicly-traded and private organizations in Maryland that employ women in at least 30% of their executive leadership roles AND have women in at least 30% of their board of director seats.

Attendees will honor our award winners and will hear from selected honorees about the best practices they have used to promote women’s representation after a welcoming reception including appetizers, beer, and wine. All attendees will receive our acclaimed annual Census Report.

Liz Acosta, Associate Vice President of Governance, United Way of Central Maryland
Liz has worked in the non-profit and faith sectors throughout her career.  She cares deeply about the mission of the organizations she works with, and growing herself and her teams.  She is a current mentee in Executive Alliance's Effective Impact Mentoring Program.

Dr. Kristie Snedeker, Vice President, R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center
A native of Catonsville, Dr. Snedeker began her career at the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute (the former James L. Kernan Hospital) where she served as a physical therapist. Over the past many years, Dr. Snedeker has advanced her career through a variety of progressive leadership positions at University of Maryland Medical Center and currently serves as the Vice President of the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.
